Stacy Root is the founder of Root’d In Hope, a healing-centered practice focused on emotional wellness, equine-assisted support, and compassionate recovery experiences. With a heart for helping others navigate life’s challenges, she creates safe and grounded spaces where individuals can reconnect with themselves through meaningful connection.

Root’d In Hope was built from her belief that healing is not linear and that every person deserves support, compassion, and the opportunity to grow at their own pace. Through her work, she hopes to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered as they move toward hope and renewal.
